CIIC-HIN has become AKIISA’s dedicated hub for operational research, leveraging implementation science to address pressing public health challenges.

CIIC-HIN is a company and serves as an NGO, birthed in Rwanda motivated by a passion to develop and improve evidence-based decision making in healthcare provision and policies in the region.
We aim to do this through building the capacity of health and educational professionals with relevant research skills, while also implementing robust research with and for our partners.
