Our team produces relevant knowledge that is actionable for improved health policies, programs and operational procedures for better health outcomes for our target population. We do this by conducting robust implementation research, employing rigorous methods using existing and complex data (aggregated or individual), as well as implementing well-designed M&E that helps identify promising interventions early.

Our experts build the knowledge and skills of government decision-makers, policy implementers, faculty as well as community leaders to be able to improve their effectiveness in lasting ways. We conduct this through practice-focused workshops and the development of free online courses and training which includes Impact Evaluation designs and Interrupted Time Series analysis using existing data or newly collected data.

We are looking to host ideas and innovations focused around health by providing relevant mentorship, expertise, networks, industry exposure and work-space in order to foster new solutions and improvement of existing ones for a healthcare system that is always adapting to its challenges and its local context.
