We give much focus to education as a key enabler for personal and workforce development. CIIC-HIN adopts different approaches for educating and developing capacity. These include but not limited to continuous professional development sessions, e-learnings, webinars, mentorships and pre-service trainings (through academic institutions).

Even more, CIIC-HIN has set up an incubation center for education, capacity development and mentorship for the effective knowledge transfer while maximizing on bold and innovate ideas from partners, students and community.
