African Health Diagnostics Platform (AHDP) Multi-Country Evaluation: Case of Rwanda (2021-2023)
AHDP evaluation is a Multi-Country Evaluation focusing on 4 countries in Africa namely Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia and Rwanda. The 3-year project focuses on evaluating Public Private Partnership (PPP) initiative or a form of contracting modalities which is being undertaken by selected Governments to improve clinical laboratory services contributing to the quality of health care at country or subnational levels
