Evaluation of Integrated Digital Primary Health Care in Rwanda (Babyl) (2021-2023)

The aim of this study is to explore key drivers that supported the adoption and scale of Baby’s digital service integration in Rwanda and to assess its impact on quality of care delivered through the continuum of care and its associated costs. Babyl is a healthcare delivery model enabling Rwandans countrywide to access healthcare services through their mobile phones. The project is led by the University of Rwanda in collaboration with CICHIN and the University of California.
